Falkland wool is one of those wool blends that is reliable, constant, and has multiple uses. A faithful friend for your spinning needs. Falkland does not refer to a specific breed, but is a blend of wool from sheep that predominate the Falkland Islands (Corriedale, Polwarth, and Dohne Merino). It's a great wool for spinning, knitting, and felting. It reminds me a bit of BFL in its staple length and silkiness.
