I am thrilled to offer custom orders to you. No more waiting for shop updates and competing over fiber. No more cart-jacking of your colorway! You can order as small or as large of quantities as you want of any colorway, and we can even create a colorway you have in mind. Here's how it works:
✨Choose the colorway(s) you would like and the fiber base you would like it dyed on.
✨Email me with your choices. I will email you back confirming and letting you know if there is a waitlist, how long the wait is, etc.
✨Once your turn for your custom order comes I will make your listing on my website, and email you to let you know it's there. Once you purchase it I will dye it and ship it to you within 7 business days.
That's it! Super easy.
~Note: depending on the volume of custom orders I currently have, it may take 3-6 weeks to fulfill your order. Good things come to those who wait!😉

Purchasing another persons order on accident:
Every custom order is listed with the persons name in the title. If you purchase someone else's order, you will be refunded your payment minus PayPal fees. I do not have the power to issue the fee PayPal and Stripe takes from each order. Please make sure you do not purchase an order that is not yours, or you will not receive a full refund.
Shipping: Orders ship within 7 business (Monday-Friday, except holidays) days after payment is received.
Customs and Import taxes: I am not responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I am not responsible for any delays due to customs.
Returns: If you are unhappy with any of your purchases, please get in touch with me by the contact form on the website!
You can return an item within 14 business days of purchase, in it's original condition and packaging, for a refund. Shipping is your own expense. I have a 100% happy rate so far and I will do anything I can to help your with your fiber needs.
